Eco-logical & eco-participatory delivery in Switzerland only
- We have chosen to sell our products only in Switzerland.
- To avoid unnecessary packaging, we strive to send orders in recycled or reused cartons, with reclaimed padding material.
- We entrust your deliveries to La Poste, a local company owned by the Swiss Confederation, whose distribution fleet will be 100% electric by 2030.
- We’ve turned our conviction into reality: transport costs that encourage and enable eco-responsible consumption with our “eco-participatory delivery”.
The idea is simple: you and we share the cost of transport, making it as affordable as possible for almost any budget.
For all parcels up to 30 KG, including packaging, your shipment will cost :

Orders are dispatched on receipt of payment, within 3 to 5 working days.
Delivery against signature
You can also opt for delivery against signature when you place your order, for an additional CHF 1.50. Simply specify this when you place your order.

We also offer pick-up options for your orders:

Pick-ups are made according to their opening hours.
Orders are dispatched approximately every 10 to 15 days and must be picked up within 15 days of your notification of availability.
When you place your order, you will need to select the “collection” option.

Returns
For reasons of hygiene inherent in raw materials and care articles, we do not take back delivered goods, except in the case of a flagrant defect or delivery error on our part.
