Eco-logical & eco-participatory delivery in Switzerland only

  • We have chosen to sell our products only in Switzerland.

  • To avoid unnecessary packaging, we strive to send orders in recycled or reused cartons, with reclaimed padding material.

  • We entrust your deliveries to La Poste, a local company owned by the Swiss Confederation, whose distribution fleet will be 100% electric by 2030.

  • We’ve turned our conviction into reality: transport costs that encourage and enable eco-responsible consumption with our “eco-participatory delivery”.

    The idea is simple: you and we share the cost of transport, making it as affordable as possible for almost any budget.
    For all parcels up to 30 KG, including packaging, your shipment will cost :

You can also opt for delivery against signature when you place your order, for an additional fee of CHF 1.50. Simply specify this when you place your order. Simply specify this when you place your order.
Orders are dispatched on receipt of payment, within 3 to 5 working days.

Withdrawal

We also offer free pick-up options for your orders:

Pick-ups are made according to their opening hours.

Orders are processed weekly. Orders placed by Monday evening are available at the collection point from Wednesday.

When you place your order, you will need to select the “collection” option, and orders must be collected within 15 days.

– Collection from our premises, ONLY by appointment confirmed in advance by e-mail or telephone (Ch. du Polny 31, 1066 Epalinges).

Returns

For reasons of hygiene inherent in raw materials and care articles, we do not take back delivered goods, except in the case of a flagrant defect or delivery error on our part.
