Nothing could be simpler, using just 2 ingredients you can find in your kitchen: water and rolled oats!

Conditioner

Oats have many benefits for the body and the hair. Rich in proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins, it strengthens, softens, coats and protects hair. Highly moisturizing, it also soothes the epidermis and detangles the lengths.

We were inspired by the recipes of @raihana.paris and @mygreenprojects, whose simplicity appealed to us.

As you know, we love easy recipes. So here we go!

To make your own conditioner, you’ll need..:

– 30g rolled oats
– 150g water

Bring the water to the boil, add the oats, lower the heat and simmer.

10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Wait for it to cool, then strain through gauze, cheesecloth or a small colander.

pressing well to recover the “gel”.
Leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse off with clean water.

Your hair comes out very soft and the detangling test is really surprising!
Ideal for dry hair, especially during periods of heavy summer use…

Conditioner keep for 1 week in the fridgeand enjoy it for the whole family!

And what’s left of our oatmeal, we don’t throw it away, we eat it for breakfast or use it to make cookies!
