And the result is amazing. See for yourself!  <\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.lespaillettesvertes.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/4e5d3-dea1bc_81d77cbc3fb54f3da2771d3cc0d26eb3mv2.jpg?ssl=1\"><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b><em>Here&#8217;s how to make your own vanilla sugar<\/em><\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Simply use 2 vanilla beans for 200g of sugar, preferably brown and organic.<\/p>\n<p>Put the pods directly into a jar with the sugar and forget about it for 1-2 weeks. Yes, forget it! The longer you wait, the more fragrant your sugar will be.  <\/p>\n<p>You can also split the pods and put only the seeds directly into the sugar.<\/p>\n<p>Once you think your sugar is fragrant enough, remove the pods, but don&#8217;t throw them away just yet &#8211; they still have potential!<\/p>\n<p>Infuse them in your tea, milk or hot chocolate, in syrup or when cooking jams or compotes!<\/p>\n<p>Or leave to air-dry, then grind to obtain vanilla powder for flavouring your pastries.<\/p>\n<p>To your jars!
